I had a not so unusual experience today. We are at an open house, 110 Appaloosa in Sedona. Anyway, two couples are in the house. One from San Francisco and one from Iowa. The Iowa couple think the home is grossly over priced and when I’m talking to the SF couple they are wondering what “the catch” is… it’s to cheap.
Real Estate is a local thing. Sedona prices are at 2003 levels. Lots that sold for $580K in 2005 are now selling for 140K pre-foreclosure (not many though).
The best thing you can do when looking for a home or a lot in Sedona is to call or email a dedicated, Buyer Representative… particulary one that is trained and certified.
